HELP STOP ORGANIZED GANG-STALKING BY ARA, SPLC
OR 'BILLIONAIRE OLIGARCH ADL'-AFFILIATED NGO'S & STASI
AGAINST THE ELDERLY
|Gang stalking is the modern version of the FBI’s infamous Cointelpro operations. More widespread, sophisticated, and diabolical than Cointelpro and other historical examples such as Red Squads, gang stalking incorporates some of the secret police and citizen-spy tactics of East Germany’s Stasi, psychological operations (“psyops”) tactics, modern surveillance and information technology, and it essentially delegates the street-level operations to criminals and vigilante “neighborhood watch” operatives.
Although the activities of the FBI, CIA, NSA, and Homeland Security are shrouded in secrecy, the national strategy of gang stalking is presumably assisted by the vast intelligence infrastructure, such as the network of “data fusion centers”...

Bismarck Public Schools Presidential Academic Awards
Grade 6: Educational Excellence — Erika Bowman, Juana Marchuk and Seth Norman; and Educational Achievement — Ajahnee Mccalla, Chandler Miesaloski, Madison Olson, Eric Patneaud, Jordan Petit-Schmidt, Bailey Piatz, Emily Rainbow, Camden Salter, Jade Stocking, Ellis Tikanye and Keali’I Williams.
|Williams, who grew up in poverty herself, said she wants to make sure those at-risk students don’t fall through the cracks.
Funding for programs like free and reduced lunch is critical for these students, she said. Additionally, on Adequate Yearly Progress reports for the schools, there are groups of students who are scoring disproportionately lower.
Finding and addressing root causes for this might help raise those scores, she said.
The Bismarck Public Schools are already very good, she said, and she just wants to make them even better.
Williams has a son in seventh grade at Simle Middle School.
|"I am running because I think there are people in Bismarck that are not being represented," Williams said.
The goal for any board is providing the best education foundation for students it can, she said.
In this time of major population increase, the board is going to face a number of challenges, she said.
One of those challenges is going to be the increasing diversity in the community, she said, which will mean people with different backgrounds and potentially different languages coming in.
The district needs to welcome them and work to include them in the educational opportunities afforded Bismarck's other students, she said.
When it comes to the new Common Core standards, Williams has talked to a number of teachers about it and has yet to encounter anyone with any major complaints.
The Common Core is a change, she said, and change can be scary. However, the issue should not be politicized in the way it is, she said.
"I think politics has no place in our schools," Williams said.
Ideally, people will read all the pro and con arguments and make up their own minds, she said.
Williams is a massage therapist in Bismarck and has a son in seventh grade. She has a varied background, including living overseas while in the U.S. Air Force and
in a number of other states as well.
Williams said though the current board has done a great job, most of the people on it are in management-level positions. She said she wants to be a voice for the regular people.
